1,000㎡ of Fabric, Ready Before You Order
Fabric delays kill launch dates. We hold a 1,000㎡ fabric warehouse stocked across the fibers your customers already ask for: nylon, spandex, polyester, cotton, modal, bamboo, viscose — plus recycled polyester and organic cotton for sustainability-forward ranges.
Performance finishes include moisture-wicking, quick-dry, breathable, and high-stretch. Because fabric sits on-site, sampling and bulk production start faster, and we can pull swatches for your team without waiting on a third-party mill.
The 5-Step QC Process — and Why Pre-Shrinking Matters
Quality control at this gym clothes factory isn't a final inspection. It's five checkpoints, in sequence:
- Raw material — fabric checked on arrival
- Cut panels — dimensions and grain verified
- Sewing — stitch integrity and construction
- Trims — labels, zippers, and accessories confirmed
- Finished goods — final review before packing
Knit fabrics also go through high-temperature pre-shrinking. It's an unglamorous step that prevents the most common activewear complaint: a legging that fits in the warehouse and doesn't fit after one wash.
Private Label, OEM, or ODM — Pick Your Starting Point
We work three ways, depending on how much of the product is yours:
- Private Label — choose from existing styles and apply your branding. Starts at 200pcs.
- OEM — send your tech pack and artwork; we cut and sew to your spec.
- ODM — bring the concept; our team handles design through production.
Standard MOQ is 300pcs per style. Sampling runs US$50–80 per style, with simple styles in 6–8 days and complex builds in 12–15 days. Hit 500 pieces in the same color and style, and the sampling fee is credited back.

- Printed labels: 50pcs per size
- Woven labels: 300pcs
- Hang tags: 500pcs
- Zipper bags: 500pcs
- Embroidery or silicone badges: 300pcs
What We Make — Women's and Men's Activewear
On the women's side: yoga sets, leggings, sports bras, shorts, tennis and sports skirts, bodysuits, tanks, short and long-sleeve tops, hoodies and jackets, joggers, sports dresses, modest activewear, swimwear, and loungewear.
For men: T-shirts, shorts, tanks, hoodies, joggers, and full tracksuits.
Wholesale reference pricing runs US$6–12 for sports bras, yoga shorts, tank tops, and T-shirts; US$9–15 for leggings; US$10–23 for bodysuits; US$12–25 for joggers; and US$15–35 for hoodies and jackets. Final pricing depends on fabric, construction, and order volume.
