What Drives Your Unit Price
Five factors move your quote up or down. Understanding them lets you engineer cost into your line plan from day one.
- Design complexity. A clean leggings pattern with a wide waistband is faster to cut and sew than a multi-panel jumpsuit with zippers, linings, and adjustable straps. More panels mean more labor minutes per unit.
- Fabric choice. Nylon and spandex, polyester, cotton, modal, bamboo, and viscose sit at different price points. Recycled polyester and organic cotton carry their own material premiums. Functional finishes — moisture-wicking, quick-dry, breathable, high-stretch — are selected per style, not assumed.
- Technology. We run 40+ Santoni seamless machines and 15+ types of sewing machines. Seamless construction removes cutting and sewing steps on suitable styles; bonded and flatlock finishes raise durability and cost on others.
- Quantity. Unit price falls as order volume rises, because setup, sampling, and machine time are spread across more pieces. 300pcs per style is our floor — going deeper on fewer styles almost always beats spreading thin across many.
- Trims and logo. Printing, embroidery, silicone badges, woven labels, hangtags, and zip bags each add cost and each carry their own minimums.

Sampling: Cost and Timeline
Sampling fees run US$50–80 per style. Simple styles take 6–8 days; complex styles take 12–15 days. When your bulk order reaches 500 pieces in the same color and style, the sampling fee is credited against production. Samples are your chance to lock fit, handfeel, and finish before committing to volume.

Every order passes a five-step inspection: raw materials, cut panels, sewing, trims, and finished goods. Knitted fabrics are heat pre-shrunk before cutting to protect size stability through wash and wear.
