Support is the first decision in any sports bra program, and it drives construction, fabric weight, and patterning.
- Light support — yoga, pilates, and everyday wear. Clean necklines, minimal seaming, soft hand feel.
- Medium support — training, cycling, and studio classes. Wider underbands, shaped cups, and stability panels.
- High support — running and high-impact training. Encapsulation or hybrid construction, adjustable straps, and secure band engineering.

Fabrics and Functional Performance
We knit and source nylon, spandex, polyester, cotton, modal, bamboo, and viscose, plus recycled polyester and organic cotton for sustainability-led ranges. Core performance options include moisture-wicking, quick-dry, breathable, and high-elastic finishes.
Seamless programs run on 40+ Santoni machines, supported by 15+ sewing machine types for cut-and-sew styles. Knit fabrics are pre-shrunk at high temperature to hold shape and fit through wash and wear.
Sizing, Pads, and Fit Details
- Removable pads — pocketed construction, pad thickness and shape to your spec
- Sizing — grade sets developed to your target market, including extended size ranges
- Straps and bands — adjustable, crossed, or fixed; elastic and fabric-covered options
- Logo application — print labels, woven labels, hang tags, zip bags, embroidery, and silicone badges
Logo trim minimums: printed labels 50 pcs per size; woven labels and embroidery/silicone badges 300 pcs; hang tags and zip bags 500 pcs.
