What We Manufacture
Our men's range covers the core pieces that build a complete activewear collection:
- T-shirts — cotton, polyester, and cotton-blend options for training and lifestyle wear
- Shorts — woven and knit constructions for gym, running, and casual use
- Tanks — relaxed and performance fits in moisture-wicking and breathable fabrics
- Hoodies — pullover and zip styles for warm-up and streetwear crossovers
- Joggers — tapered and straight fits with elastic or drawcord waists

Fabrics include nylon, spandex, polyester, cotton, modal, bamboo, and viscose, plus recycled polyester and organic cotton for brands building a sustainability story. Moisture-wicking, quick-dry, breathable, and high-stretch finishes are available across the range.
OEM and ODM: Two Paths to Production
As one of the flexible men's activewear manufacturers in southern China, we work with two clear models.
OEM — you supply the tech pack or reference sample; we handle pattern making, grading, sampling, and bulk production.
ODM — you bring the brief; our team develops the design, fabric selection, and construction with you.
Private Label is also available for stock styles at 200 pcs, letting newer brands test the market before committing to full custom development.
MOQ is 300 pcs per style. Sampling costs US$50–80 per style, with simple styles ready in 6–8 days and complex styles in 12–15 days. Sampling fees are refundable against bulk orders of 500 pcs or more in the same style and color.
Factory Capacity and Quality Control
Our 5,000㎡ facility houses 40+ Santoni seamless machines, 15+ sewing machine types, and six production groups of 20+ operators each — 150+ staff producing up to 300,000 pieces per month. A dedicated 1,000㎡ fabric warehouse supports stable lead times.
Every order passes a five-step inspection process: raw materials, cut panels, sewing, trims, and finished goods. Knit fabrics receive high-temperature pre-shrinking to protect fit and shape after washing. Certificates covering ISO 9001, SGS fabric testing, OEKO testing, and Global Recycled reporting are available upon request.
