From Style Selection to Bulk Delivery: 5 Steps
1. Select styles and confirm customization. Choose the private label activewear styles you want, then specify logos, labels, hang tags, and packaging. We confirm pricing, MOQ, and lead times in writing.
2. Sampling. Sampling fees run US$50–80 per style. Simple styles take 6–8 days; complex styles take 12–15 days. When your bulk order reaches 500pcs in the same color and style, the sampling fee is credited back.
3. Bulk production. Our 5,000㎡ factory runs 40+ Santoni seamless machines, 15+ types of sewing machines, and 6 production groups of 20+ people each — 150+ employees in total, with monthly capacity of 300,000 pieces. Knit fabrics are heat pre-shrunk before cutting to protect fit and shape retention.
4. Five-stage quality control. Inspection runs at every stage: raw materials, cut panels, sewing, trims, and finished goods. Nothing moves forward unchecked.
5. Packing and shipment. Finished pieces are packed to your specification with your labels and bags, then prepared for export. We have handled export production for 10+ years across 30+ countries, primarily North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
