Our factory operates a 5,000㎡ production floor with 40+ Santoni seamless machines, 15+ sewing machine types, and 6 production groups of 20+ workers each. With a monthly capacity of 300,000 pieces, we support both growing labels and established wholesale programs.

Custom Gym Wear for Brands and Designers
Every brand has a different starting point. We offer three production paths:
- Private Label: choose from ready-made styles and apply your own branding. 200pcs minimum.
- OEM: send your tech packs and designs for production to your specification.
- ODM: work with our team on design development through to finished goods.
Standard MOQ is 300pcs per style. Sampling costs US$50–80 per style, with simple styles ready in 6–8 days and complex styles in 12–15 days. Sample fees are credited back on bulk orders of 500pcs or more in the same color and style. Logo and packaging options include printed labels, woven labels, hang tags, zipper bags, and embroidered or silicone badges, each with its own minimum order.
Fabrics and Quality Control
We work with nylon, spandex, polyester, cotton, modal, bamboo fiber, and viscose — including recycled polyester and organic cotton. Functional finishes cover moisture wicking, quick drying, breathability, and high stretch.
Quality is checked at five stages: raw materials, cut panels, sewing, trims, and finished goods. Knit fabrics receive high-temperature pre-shrinking before cutting. Certificates are available upon request.
