Since 2010, our 5,000㎡ factory has combined seamless knitting technology with cut-and-sew production to deliver yoga apparel built for fit, feel, and repeat orders.

Seamless Knitting at Scale
With 40+ Santoni seamless machines under one roof, we produce seamless yoga wear with fewer seams, better stretch recovery, and cleaner lines. Our 150+ staff, organized into six production groups, support a monthly capacity of 300,000 pieces — enough to scale with your brand as demand grows.
Fabric Options and Performance
We source nylon, spandex, polyester, cotton, modal, bamboo fiber, and viscose, plus recycled polyester and organic cotton for sustainability-focused ranges. Functional finishes include moisture-wicking, quick-dry, breathable, and high-stretch properties.
- Knit fabrics are pre-shrunk at high temperature before cutting

MOQ, Sampling, and Quality Control
Our MOQ is 300pcs per style, with Private Label starting at 200pcs for stock styles. OEM (cut from your tech pack) and ODM (design + production) are both available.
Sampling fees run US$50–80 per style: 6–8 days for simple styles, 12–15 days for complex ones. Reach 500 pieces per colorway and the sampling fee is credited back. Logo trims follow their own minimums — printing at 50pcs per size, woven labels and embroidery at 300pcs, hangtags and zip bags at 500pcs.
Every order passes a five-step inspection: raw materials, cut panels, sewing, trims, and finished goods. Certificates are available upon request.
